Welcome to The Colour Works Hair Salon Terms and Conditions!
We would like to ensure that your appointment at the salon runs as smoothly as possible. Please read our booking rules and guidance so that you get the most from your visit to us.
• We will contact you to discuss any alterations to your appointment
• Prices are intended as a guide only. You will be charged for the services you receive, which may differ from the services you have booked.
• Bookings made online may need to be slightly amended to fit in with salon time slots and stylists commitments. Please ensure that we have a current contact phone number for you (preferably a mobile!)
• If you do not receive a confirmation email, or Text message then your appointment is not secure and may be offered to someone else.
• Please be aware that if you make an online booking and pay a booking fee/make a pre-payment this is deducted from your service, it will not be refunded if you cancel with less notice than required by The Colour Works.
CANCELLATION POLICY – PLEASE READ
Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours
• Text reminders are sent to clients 3 days before the appointment start time.
• No charge will be applied if you cancel your appointment 24-48 hours before the scheduled time.
• If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the full appointment cost.
No Shows
• If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the full appointment cost.
Future appointments will require full payment upon booking, at least 48 hours in advance.
Refusal of Service
• We reserve the right to refuse bookings or appointments for reasons such as frequent cancellations, lateness, rudeness, absence of a required skin test,
client illness, head lice infestation, or failure to comply with our policies.
Subject to manager discretion in exceptional circumstances.
Late Arrival
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will not be able to carry out your appointment, as it disrupts our schedule and inconveniences the next
client.
• If you have a colour and cut appointment, we may still be able to do the colour but not the cut. You will be charged for the full service.
