Some people already have or can develop an allergic reaction to hair colour products which can result in hospitalisation.This is for our insurance policy to be valid plus we don’t want any nasty reactions before your transformation.

Yes. We require guests to have an in-salon colour consultation in order to book out the correct amount of time for your appointment and give you an accurate price for the service. It also helps us to assess your hair and do any necessary testing to see if the result you want is achievable.
